A little bit from Michelle, Beyond the Bar Cocktails founder..
I've never worked behind a bar let alone been a mixologist, but do have a passion and zest for life (no pun intended!) and a belief that life is for living so why shouldn't we spoil ourselves within our limits. This passion and search for perfection is reflected in our offering.
All of the syrups within the cocktails are homemade by myself and carefully crafted to ensure the perfect fusion of flavours for your unique cocktail choice.
As a local Shropshire business I wanted to work with other quality, reliable, local suppliers to provide the best of the best - what better way than to collaborate with Henstone local distillery with their International award winning spirits, including the London Dry Gin and Charcoal Filtered Vodka which you will find within my offering.
